Our organization started in 2018, with missions beginning in 2021 and our primary care clinic opened in 2024.

Patients are not required to have insurance. We offer free clinics during our missions outreach based on need, our primary care at competitively affordable rates and provide resources to help individuals access insurance if desired.

Our care coordination team will do its best to ensure regular visits to the clinic will be with the same members of the medical staff.

We are a faith-inspired nonprofit, but we do not proselytize as part of our medical mission. We accept all individuals regardless religious or cultural preferences.
