Divine Mercy Health Center
Have Mercy, Give Health
The story of Divine Mercy Health Center is one of growth: growing volunteer communities, growing opportunities for health care, and growing capacity to meet the needs of an ever-growing under-served population
In Fall 2024, we will open our first clinic in order to provide affordable primary care and mental health services with addiction counseling to those most in need.
Our Capital Campaign, “Have Mercy, Give Health,” is the bedrock of our vision. This fund will support our current expected needs and serve as a platform for the work that is yet to be done.
Help us reach these goals by supporting us today!

Our Reach
Growing Our Missions
Assessment
Our team identifies at-risk neighborhoods or communities with poor health outcomes.
Partnership
We create teams of local medical professionals, business leaders, and volunteers to conduct community-centered missions to serve those in need.
Network
Creation of permanent clinics with employee staffing designed to meet demand and increase access to care for many with limited options.
Expanding Our Clinics
By implementing a scaled staffing model, we strategically align our resources with patient demand which enhances the quality of care we deliver while ensuring that we utilize donor contributions effectively. With this model, we are able to foster a sustainable organization that respects both our patients and our supporters.
